DELIVERY TERMS

These delivery terms apply to purchases from www.coralandco.com.au

FIRST TIME ORDERS

First orders can only be dispatched to the billing address specified on your credit card.

The privacy of your personal information is important to us. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees will be charged on all orders in accordance with the Delivery Fee Table which may be updated at our discretion from time to time. A standard or express fee per delivery and possible re-delivery fee will apply.

DELIVERY NOTIFICATION

Once you order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details, which will allow you to track your order every step of the way. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account. Click here to login to your account.

AUSTRALIAN EXPRESS & STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched before 2pm AEST Monday – Friday. For deliveries within Australia we use an Australia Post courier for express and standard deliveries. Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that a person is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect. Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct deliveries once your order has been dispatched.

Orders made with our express service must be placed before 2pm AEST Monday – Friday in order to be delivered the following business day (excluding public holidays and weekends) and is only available for deliveries within Australia.

Delivery times are listed in the Delivery Fee Table and are an estimate only and you agree we will not be liable for any delay in delivery. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for delivery of any orders to Western Australia or outside of a metropolitan area.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING

For shipping of standard and express orders we use Australia Post or Fedex courier service. Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that a person is available at your delivery address, as a signature will be requested upon delivery. TAXES & DUTIES

International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

FREE SHIPPING

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be automatically deducted from your order total.

There is a free Shipping Calculator in the checkout to let you know how much you have to spend for your order to qualify for free shipping.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page and may be subject to terms and conditions (such as minimum spend or specific dates). To be notified of any future free shipping or other promotions by email, simply sign up to CORAL & CO news on the bottom right navigation.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care Team within 7 business days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

LATE DELIVERIES

In estimating your delivery time, please note that delivery times may vary from product to product. Most orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 4 to 10 business days of placing an order. From time to time we may post a notice on our website informing of a shipping black out period.

We make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame however, we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any late deliveries.

DELIVERY DURING EVENTS OR SALE PERIODS

During sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience. Please allow at least 2 to 3 business days for us to dispatch your order during these busy periods.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to notify us (sales@coralandco.com.au) of your intention to exchange or return the item, and another 7 days to return the item.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Coral & Co garment tags still attached and in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Australian Customers

Simply create a Returns Authorization (RA) number and send your item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Coral & Co garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.

  1. Send and email to sales@coralandco.com.au stating the reason you wish to return the item.
  2. You will then receive an email with your RA number which you will need to fill in on the Return Proforma Invoice you will have received with your order.
  3. Sign the Return Proforma Invoice that you received with your order
  4. Check the box on the Proforma Invoice stating that you agree with our Return Policy.
  5. Fill in the address: Coral & Co, 20 Drake Blvd, Altona 3018 Victoria, Australia on the Returns bag you will have received with your garment
  6. Place all items back in the original packaging and, with the signed Return Proforma Invoice, place in the Return bag
  7. Post at any Australia Post office

Overseas Customers

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.

  • Follow steps 1 - 6 above as for Australian Customers
  • CORAL & CO takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by CORAL & CO. Returned items must be sent by a prepaid method of shipping.

We prefer that items are returned to us via the post bag provided so that they are protected. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability. Please email sales@coralandco.com.au with the details of your method of return so we can track the item.

 

RECIEVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your Coral & Co account.

In the case of returns of ‘Sale’ items, the original payment will be recorded as a store credit to your Coral & Co account.

If your order has been sent to a destination within Australia, all sales taxes will be refunded.

Outside Australia, any additional customs duties and sales taxes you may have incurred are non-refundable through Coral & Co. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

TIMING

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

LATE RETURNS

Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 7 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of Coral & Co.

REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Coral & Co account.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request your Returns Authorisation (RA) number and return the faulty goods to us within 14 days of the day you received them.

AMENDMENT

This Policy may be amended from time to time by Coral & Co without prior notice. Any purchase from us following any such amendments will be deemed to be confirmation that you accept those amendments. We recommend that you check Coral & Co’s current Terms, before making any purchase.
